Digital tools are needed for impact at maximum scale
Hosted by: Nicolas Höning
I’m not advising every impact maker I meet to go all digital, right now. I know about the problems – costs, privacy, etc…
You can put it off today – the following trend will still be here tomorrow: Digital technologies can transform your operations for the better. High efficiency and effect are enabled by data-driven automation and AI, which can unlock true scaling up.
That is not to say that it’s all moonlight and roses. McKinsey found that only 16 percent of digital transformations succeed and last. In traditional, non-digitally savvy industries, it can be less than 10 percent! In addition, impact makers need to navigate risks like data privacy, ethics of AI and donor goodwill even more carefully.
We can discuss the Do or Don’t question – I’m listening and I can still learn. But I’m much more interested to discuss the How and the When for your cases.
How can you start going digital without overpaying?
When is a good time to go all-in?
