Increasing Impact in Food Sustainability

Food has historically been about more than just nutrition. It has been used as a way to bring communities together, to settle disputes and for cultures to preserve their heritage.
Today food can be a confusing topic, whether its veganism, diets or nutrition. We don’t know which information to choose.
Food sustainability has it’s own problems with massive amounts of food being wasted every single day. As the Director of a non-profit that tackles the problem of food waste, with a social twist, I see that it is of vital importance to increase impact of food sustainability and to reconnect people to the essence of food.
How can we do that? I will give some insights from my experience leading the non-profit organisation Conscious Kitchen and then I invite you to discuss and come up with ideas that we could implement (together)!
